New Beauty and the Beast Trailer: New Bits of Footage for International Fans

The live action movie of Disney’s animated classic Beauty and the Beast just released a new trailer for international fans. This new Beauty and the Beast trailer shows never before seen bits of footage, although it is quite shorter compared to the full-length official trailer.

Disney is indeed enticing more viewers to fill the seats when the film opens in U.S. theaters on March 15 next year. This new 75-second international trailer will attract more movie viewers with its release.

The new international trailer includes new clips such as a close-up with Chip Potts, the young teacup.


Also for the first time, the new Beauty and the Beast trailer includes a brief scene of Belle seeing the Beast’s huge library. International fans were also provided a longer scene of Belle along with Beast and her horse.

This upcoming live action movie from Disney is a re-telling of the Beauty and the Beast animated film released on 1991. Walt Disney ?Feature Animation and Walt Disney Picture produced and released the animated film. Jeanne-Marie Leprince de Beaumont’s fairy tale was the inspiration behind both films.

According to Disney’s official site, “Disney?s ?Beauty and the Beast? is a live action re-telling of the studio?s animated classic, which refashions the classic characters from the tale as old as time for a contemporary audience, staying true to the original music while updating the score with several new songs.”

Beauty and the Beast is about Belle’s fantastic journey. The synopsis on the site’s official website says Belle is a bright, beautiful and independent young woman. A beast imprisoned Belle in his castle. While in the castle, she discovers more about the Beast’s kind heart and soul behind his ugly appearance. She gets to be friends with the castle’s enchanted crew as well.

Oscar award winner Bill Condon directed the Beauty and the Beast live action film. While?David Hoberman and Todd Lieberman produced it. The screenplay was written by Evan Spiliotopoulos, Bill Condon and Stephen Chbosky.

Emma Watson plays as Belle. Dan Stevens and Luke Evans portray the Beast and Gaston respectively.
