For the last couple of weeks, all that we’ve been seeing and hearing is PSN this and PSN that. But what about homebrew releases? Well, here it is–three for the price of one–NES, SNES, and Genesis emulators.

FCEU (NES emulator) v1.4 build b16b1f:

• Redesigned settings menu
• Added palette selection option
• Added 4xSoft-variation-1 shader
• Default CRT 1920×1080 4x fullspeed now (with new mode PPU)

Snes9X v4.4.9 build 3b364d:

The NES Emulator, FCEU-PS3, has been updated to v1.4.  It is possible that squarepusher is responsible for this (Thanks!).  Along with this new version comes the Game Genie support!  For those of you who have been or been wanting to try out this emulator, give it a try and download the latest version 1.4 below.
