Using d0zspatcher, you can decrypt and modify EBOOT files and package it into a PKG file–for installation on the PS3 console. Additionally, you can use this handy tool to spoof your PS3′s firmware version, change PKG installation directory to /dev_usb001 from dev_hdd0, and make changes to the directory of the PKG file.

Developer MohammadAG has released his own version of the PKG signer and just like the other PKG GUI signer, this one sports a graphical user interface (GUI). Lets hope this one actually works because the one mentioned above didn’t really do the job. Well… it didn’t work for me.
Thanks to FamousMassacre we can sign any homebrews with the release of this small application. This is all possible thanks to Geohot’s public signing tools. There is a script for this, but it will not get any easier for end users.
