The most notable among them is Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) having Alzheimer’s Disease. Of course, this is not confirmed information. But analysts say the show’s narration indicates another meaning to the medical drama series.
They say that Meredith narrating Grey’s Anatomy is a current event. That Meredith is telling the story to her children while suffering Alzheimer’s and that’s why some of the scenes were abruptly changed. These changes that are related to gaps in her memory.
But we also have a different notion on the rumored Meredith disease. There were no indications of her having symptoms of the disease. Second, Meredith is not the only one narrating the show. That being said, it is unlikely that the narrative part of Grey’s Anatomy can be referred to as Meredith’s stories. Apparently, most of the characters who portrayed a life changing scene narrates their situation on the show.
