CODE GEASS SEASON 3 AND TRILOGY: WHAT’S IN IT?
Together with a film trilogy compilation of the anime, the third season is entitled as “Code Geass: Lelouch of the Resurrection” (Kodo Giasu: Fukkatsu no Rurushu).
The new season is set years after Zero Requiem plan. According to Goro Taniguchi, Code Geass director, the anime will include a Lelouch who is alive. Not much has been revealed regarding the plot’s story during the surprise announcement.
For the trilogy, it will feature a recap of all the 50 original episodes from Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion and the Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2. All the lines will be re-recorded and the films will showcase new scenes. With the tweaks, enthusiasts might expect added bombs to its audio and video.
The first of the trilogy is expected to premier in 2017.
