While many people have been hating on the recent Tony Hawk games, Mr. Hawk himself is still very hands on with the projects and wants to see them get to their glory of yesteryear.

He tweeted recently, ““In the PR world, this is considered ‘going rogue,’ but I’m too excited to contain it. This is real & dropping soon.”

The tweet which was soon deleted also included the picture which you see above. The game which looks similar to old school Tony Hawk Pro Skater, would be awesome to have on the iPhone. While recent games have blown, the old school Pro Skater series were classic AAA titles in the early 2000’s. Lets hope this one is too.

For those of you cats out there with an iPhone and/or and iTouch here is a free game. Ubisoft is giving away its Assassin’s Creed II: Multiplayer game away for free for 48 hours starting today. You can get the game HERE. For more information on the game from Ubisoft, you can give their page a gander HERE.

Coming this March, Street Fighter fans will be able to get their fix on the go with Street Fighter IV for the iPhone. The game, which will be released to Apple’s App-Store, will allow players to play the classic franchise with a virtual D-Pad (as seen above). The game will contain a “Dojo Mode” to help newcomers of the franchise, and have a roster filled with classic Street Fighter names. The game will contain bluetooth multiplayer for those of you who want to play the game with friends.

Graphically it looks very good for a iPhone game, but I’m interested to see how it plays with a virtual d-pad. Also, the price point will be interesting.   Hopefully the franchise will get the portable version it deserves, and for a reasonable price. We will see this March.

Com2Us has sent word out, that it has a new 3D space shooter for the iPhone and iPod Touch. Personally I can confidently say that Com2Us offers up plenty of high quality games for the iPhone and iPod Touch.

Remember that these games cost you only a few bucks and offer a gamer the ability to play on the go, so simplicity is the key. Jump in and jump out gameplay should be the template for the iPhone and Touch devices.

How can free stuff be any better? What if the free stuff is Mass Effect related? BioWare is giving its fans Mass Effect Redemption for free tomorrow.  The catch? Hello Bitbaggers, quick invite for iPhone and iPod Touch owners. The name of the game is IMO.

IMO looks to bring a “FULL” MMO experience to your iPhone and Touch. I’ve signed up for the BETA, so I hope I get in. This looks really interesting and I would love to see more innovation to the mobile MMO market.

Com2uS is in the works for the first fully-featured MMORPG for the iPhone/iPod Touch platform!

IMO contains a massive online world with over 30 zones, special guilds, party system, friends list, and chatting.

Well the new iPad will start at $499 for the base 16gb model. This is great news for true geeks that want a reason to laugh at die hard Apple fanboys. Whenever you see somebody with one of these, just smile at them.

It’s time to get the definitive version of Grand Theft Auto: China Wars. I want to see how the UI will work but feel like if it’s a GTA game for mobile, then Rockstar must of pushed for an excellent port for the iPhone. Not to mention it’s only 10 bucks for the game. I wonder if the PSP or DSi versions will lower in price. LoL  “Probably not?”

What’s up ya’ll, I have some news for you today coming from Com2Us and Homerun Battle 3D for the Android App Store and will offer cross platform iPhone vs Android online multi-player. It’s always a good thing when you can play a game online with a friend that doesn’t have the same platform that your using, but still get to play online with your friend(s) no matter what gaming platform you choose to play on.

I am proud to announce that HOMERUN BATTLE 3D has released a new update, version 1.3.0. This is our biggest update yet with over 100 new items, 14 Uniform Packages, and Wilson DeMarini gear!

We all know by now that the iPhone is getting a version of Rockband for it’s self. Here is the latest trailer for the game. It really shows you how you and 3 other friends can get down and rock out just about anywhere and anytime you have time to play.
