Minecraft has been a huge success on the Microsoft Xbox 360, and gamers are eagerly anticipating the release of the game on the next-generation Xbox One platform.
One of the biggest concerns that gamers have had though is the reality that it did not appear as though gamers were going to be able to transfer over their Minecraft Xbox 360 game save from the Xbox 360 version of the game to the Xbox One.
For gamers who have been spending months on end compiling their blocky universes, this is simply a headache waiting to happen.
Minecraft is well along in development on the Xbox One, and it appears that Microsoft is really listening to gamers in terms of trying to make it happen with game save transfers between the two consoles.
Phil Spencer of Microsoft took to Twitter, as @XboxP3 stated that “we are actually discussing it with” the developer.
It appears Microsoft is trying to work with the develop of Minecraft on the Xbox One to see if it would be possible to create a system where gamers could transfer their save.
This would save gamers many hours and make the transition over to the next-generation game much easier.
