The Witcher 3 revealed with Wild Hunt trailer

The latest issue of Game Informer is now available for download and the game on the cover is CD Projekt RED’s latest entry in The Witcher series, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

One of the main features is the world will be 30 times larger than Witcher 2, utilising CD Projekt RED’s new REDengine 3 technology which will make it’s debut with The Witcher 3.

Accompanying the reveal is a trailer dubbed Wild Hunt (which can be seen below) mentions a new mechanic called “monster hunting”.

It is set to be released in 2014 for the PC and “all high-end platforms available”, it’s safe to believe that they mean it will be released for next-gen consoles. There are some images of the game past the video.
