Ni No Kuni has the floor all to itself in terms of console releases. Double Fine’s The Cave also releases this week for all major platforms and DmC comes to the PC.
Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch: A role-playing game for the PS3 co-developed by Level-5 and Studio Ghibli…that’s it. That should be reason enough for you to get this game. It finally releases for the PS3 in the States after a year it released in Japan. You play a boy named Oliver who gets a book that grants him magic. Did I mention it’s made by both Level-5 and Studio Ghibli.
The Cave: Developed by Double Fine and available on the PlayStation Network, Xbox Live Arcade and Steam, it’s a platform adventure title created by Ron Gilbert. You control 3 of the 7 available characters venturing into a magical talking cave in a Metroidvania styled platformer. All 3 characters will be needed to solve the various puzzles in the cave.
