Xbox World will cease publication in December and its penultimate (second-to-last) issue features “everything” they know about the next-gen Xbox.
“Xbox World has been at the cutting edge of Durango coverage for over 12 months.” Xbox World editor in chief Dan Dawkins told CVG. “Unless something really dramatic changes, everything we reveal in our penultimate issue will be revealed long before E3 in June.”
The mag speculates that it will simply be called Xbox – without any numbers associated with it – and will ship with a quad-core processor, 8GB of RAM, play Blu-ray discs, the next-gen Kinect or Kinect 2.0 and at a later point will introduce the augmented reality glasses.
