Earn Achievements and get rewarded by Microsoft

Microsoft has launched a new Xbox Live Rewards program that will enable you to get rebates off of purchases on the marketplace.

Gold members with more than 25,000 Gamerscore will get a 2% rebate on all Xbox Live purchases every month. Gold members with more than 10,000 Gamerscore will get a 1% rebate while gamers with 3000 Gamerscore will get a “special gift” on your birthday month. The gift however is only worth 25 cents according to Microsoft so nothing to get too excited about.

To be eligible for this program, Gold members must sign up to the Xbox Live Rewards scheme.
