Bioware announces Dragon Age 3: Inquisition — Launches “late 2013″

Bioware is known for its exceptional story telling in what defines western RPGs. We know Dragon Age 3 has been talked about several times and today on a blog post over at Bioware’s Dragon Age website, they’re making it come true.

Dragon Age 3: Inquisition will be developed by the team who worked on Dragon Age: Origins. The game will also be utilizing DICE’s Frostbite 2 engine which is also going to be in use for other upcoming EA published games like Command & Conquer: Generals 2, Medal of Honor: Warfighter 2 and Army of Two: The Devil’s Cartel.

Bioware General Manager, Aaryn Flynn says Dragon Age 3 has been under development for well over two years now. With the third game, they have been listening to fan feedback and are promising that a bunch of them have been taken into the whole development cycle for the game.

With Dragon Age 3: Inquisition, we want to give fans what they’re asking for – a great story with choices that matter, a massive world to explore, deep customization and combat that is both tactical and visceral,” said Aaryn.

The release for Dragon Age 3: Inquisition at the moment is slated for a late 2013 release. Presumbly on the PC, Xbox 360 and the PS3.
