Vita 1.80 update locks memory cards to one account

The Vita’s 1.80 firmware update ties memory cards to a single PSN account according to NeoGAF. This basically means a user won’t be able to store date from multiple accounts on a single card after the update.

Users that try to switch accounts will be met with a message stating which PSN account the memory card is tied to and asks to format the card. It is advisable to back up the date in your memory card before updating the firmware.
