Sony trademarks video games ‘Rain’ and ‘Until Dawn’ before Gamescom

Sony has trademarked ‘Rain’ and ‘Until Dawn’ in the US and Europe, both filed as computer game software.

The above image was included together with the European listing for Rain. Until Dawn was registered in Europe in May and US in August while Rain was registered on July 30 for both US and Europe.

OnlySP has linked the Rain trademark to a gif that shows a brief gameplay clip featuring a quick-time-event using the PlayStation buttons but other than that, not much details are known about these two listings.

Sony’s Gamescom press conference will be held on Tuesday, 14th August.
