MGS4 Trophy Patch is live + Full Trophy List

Several weeks ago, we reported that Metal Gear Solid 4 will be receiving its long-awaited trophy patch. The trophy patch which also come with a full-install feature is now live in Japan and is a whopping 498mb in size.

The patch however is only available in the Japanese region for now or more specifically, available to the Japanese version of MGS4.The rest of the world will have to wait a little while longer — we presume, a couple of weeks at most [UPDATE] The patch is now out for every region, Shadow Moses included.

Remember, you CANNOT earn trophies with your old save data however that does not mean you have to delete your old saves. Unlocking trophies in the game will simply require you to start an entirely new game.

The nice lads over at Neogaf has also revealed the total install size to be 9GB (9027mb) and it is by far one of the biggest installs available on the PS3 — Gran Turismo 5 being the biggest.

Obtained all trophies

Cleared Act 1 (Middle East)
