Sleeping Dogs = GTA 5 + L.A. Noire [VIDEO]

Square Enix has uploaded a new gameplay walkthrough for Sleeping Dogs called Serial Killer. In this video, you can see protagonist Wei Shen going through some of the game’s crime scene investigation features which hasn’t been talked much about before.

As a cop on an undercover mission with a triad in Hong Kong, Shen braces some exciting challenges in finishing this case off. He can’t blow his cover, so he wears a number of disguises to get access to some areas that would otherwise be cut off, and then investigates a couple of bodies to get started. The video also introduces the game’s prominent conversations, as in-game characters discuss the chaos you’ve created in the game world.

You can see the similarities with GTA V and L.A. Noire when you play Wei like a mob in an open world situation while at the same time follows the game’s story which mainly consists of crime investigation.
