Leaked Xbox 720 dev kit genuine says developers

A set of leaked photos of a claimed Durango (codename for Microsoft’s next-gen console) dev kit is apparently genuine.

Digital Foundry went to a few of their reliable sources – developers currently working on next-gen projects – and was told that it is the real deal.

Speaking with the source of the leak, the dev kits was said to have been distributed in February. The sources claims that the dev kit features an Intel CPU, an Nvidia graphics chip and has more than 8GB of RAM and is a 64-bit system.

It is believed that the Xbox 720 will be released in 2013.
