Final Fantasy XIV coming to PS3 (finally)

Final Fantasy XIV is perhaps the worst Final Fantasy ever made, it had a disastrous launch and the once originally promised PS3 version never happened. It had required Square Enix to swallow their pride just to rebuild the game from the ground up. Today Final Fantasy XIV comes in version 2.0 form with a new title; A Realm Reborn.

Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn is Square Enix’s third take — Square Enix wants to pretend the original FF XIV didn’t happen — on the MMORPG genre as the sucessor to Final Fantasy XI. The newly rebuilt MMORPG will be out soon for the PC and PS3. This time we hope it wouldn’t be another disaster, because it’s been a long time since we enjoyed a good Final Fantasy.
