Week in Gaming [16-22 July, 2012]: Heroes of Ruin, Dyad

A slow one this week that sees the release of Heroes of Ruin for the 3DS and Dyad for the PlayStation Network.

Heroes of Ruin: Developed by n-Space and published by Square Enix, this action RPG for the Nintendo 3DS features four characters to choose from and using both the StreetPass and SpotPass features in the 3DS, players can trade items with other players and complete daily challenges for up to a year after release.

Dyad: Developed by ][ or also known as RSBLSB (right square bracket left square bracket) which is operated by Shawn McGrath, it’s a hybrid racing puzzler shooter game which makes you feel like you’re on an acid trip.

Another release worth mentioning is, Cute Things Dying Violently, a downloadable indie title making its debut on the PC.
