Black Ops 2 trailer gets The Dark Knight Rises’ touch

Activision has unveiled a new trailer for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, introducing the game’s main villain, a man called Raul Menedez, who the people see as the Messiah of the 99 percent.

According to the description, it was created in collaboration with David S. Goyer, who is the co-writer of the upcoming summer blockbuster, The Dark Knight: Rises.

Raul Menendez is idolized as the Messiah of the 99%, yet underneath the surface lurks an insidious mastermind hell bent on global insurrection.

Created in collaboration with David S. Goyer (co-writer of The Dark Knight Rises) and Trent Reznor (Academy Award-winning composer of The Social Network), Treyarch and Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 have redefined storytelling in the franchise.
