Street Fighter X Tekken gets 12 new characters this month

Capcom has announced that the 12 characters featured in the PlayStation Vita version will be heading to the consoles as a DLC offering earlier than expected. The DLC will be priced at $19.99/ 1600 MS Points and will be released on July 31.

The game’s roster will go up to 50 after including the DLC, the new characters are:

Street Fighter: Blanka, Cody, Dudley, Elena, Guy, Sakura

Tekken: Alisa Bosconovitch, Bryan Fury, Christie Monteiro, Jack-X, Lars Alexandersson, Lei Wulong

This is the same DLC that sparked controversy back when the game launched as players found that the characters were already in the disc itself prompting many to accuse Capcom of withholding content already paid for just to gain additional profit later on.
