Google announces the online “Power Searcher” course

Have you ever found yourself wanting to learn more about the world of searching things on the web? Are your results for searches irrelevant most of the time? Well, Google has your back. The search giant is planning on lanching a free online course in “power searching” which will enable users to gather better results for their searches.

The course features a community and will allow you to interact with people on Google Groups and Google+ in hopes of allowing students to share information. You’ll be able to ask “world-renowned search experts” and assuming you complete the course “a printable Certificate of completion” will be downloadable. You can register now to reserve a seat, if interested – sounds pretty fun right?
