God of War: Ascension gameplay video released, releasing in March 2013

A gameplay demo – courtesy of IGN - of God of War: Ascension was shown off by Sony at their E3 press conference. The demo has God of War written all over it, with Kratos spilling the blood of a bunch of goat man and an elephant man; it ends with Kratos diving into a Kraken.

A new addition is the ability for Kratos to rebuild destroyed structures, the demo showed him rebuilding a dock’s crane with an item on his wrist that glows green when used.

The game will be released on March 12, 2013.
