Ten One Design, the creators of Pogo Stylus, have created their first pressure sensitive Bluetooth 4.0 stylus, the Blue Tiger. This stylus works with the energy efficient, non-pairing, Bluetooth 4.0 standard. It has a multicolor LED light on the pen that tells you what the current color selection is. It has the capability to reject your palm so only the pen itself is recognized by the app. For developers, there is an SDK available that allows you to start customizing your apps to work with the Blue Tiger. As rumors have stated, the new iPad 3 will be a Bluetooth 4.0 compatible device.

Montclair, NJ – March 5, 2012 – Ten One Design, creators of the Pogo Stylus and Pogo Sketch for the iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad, is proud to unveil its Blue Tiger Stylus – the world’s first pressure-sensitive Bluetooth 4.0 stylus for iPad. Harnessing Bluetooth 4.0 technology, fully supported by the CoreBluetooth framework in iOS5, this stylus pairs directly with the iPad and features full pressure sensitivity, palm rejection capabilities and more.
“This accessory will change the way people can interact with their iPads,” said Peter Skinner, Ten One Design, Founder. “For instance, when using Blue Tiger in a drawing application, the user can control stroke thickness, the color of which is displayed on the multi-colored LED button.”
