“Hiphopgamer Stops posting on The Bitbag” I can’t wait to listen to this. I think TheBitbag is a great site, but not just with it’s content and staff but with the community that visits this site. Sure there are some heated topics and responses but I do think this site consists of intelligent gamers that I respect regardless of whatever history I have with them or they have with me. We are all gamers and enjoy games. I don’t think TheBitBag is the right site for HipHopGamer vidicles. TheBitBag is not the Inquirer of the gaming internet so outlandish opinion pieces just doesn’t seem to belong here. The gamers on here deserve better and it just seems like HipHopGamers vidicles are a cancerous tumor that brings out the worst in all of us. I still hope that there can be some touchy topics, but at least they can be civilized so long as the topic is a mature topic that can be discussed. Anyways, looking forward to listening to the podcast. Starting it right now.

anybody on the site that think hiphop posting on the site no longer is good.i find crazy. i have gotten into it with hiphop also like you guys on the videos he does. this is how i found hiphop on this site him and tor going back and forth on one of his videos. rather you agree or disagree with hiphop videos his videos was always something to talk about on the site.

I would love to come onto the Warzone sometime. But like I have said before, I work hard all week and sometimes I have to take my work home. Friday and Saturday nights I spend with the wife and go out. If for whatever reason we come home early or our guests leave, she then goes to bed and because I live in a 1200 ft. condo, noise travels easily in here. So she can hear the TV even when it is down to level 3…which I can hardly even hear yet she can. And I am tired of sleeping in the doghouse just because I can’t hear the TV. Now I use headphones. But weekends are just devoted to my wife or a social part of my life where I go out and hit the town with the wife or friends. When all the planets align and are in sync with each other where everything works out right, I will most definitely come onto the Warzone. I think I heard Torrence say “I would pay money”…..Lets talk $$$ Torrence.

It’s irreconcilable differences. He wants to do his own thing and doesn’t want to make small changes or corrections to his posts. I can’t have that and he can’t have the changes. So it’s not working out. He’s doing his own thing and that’s fine. I’m never bitter about how people feel or if they disagree with the way I want things on my site. That’s just business.
This is why HHG needs to get a degree in journalism. Punctuation and spelling are all essential tools any journalist needs to have. Its obvious the reason why he does not post articles is because his English seems poor. If you want to be a journalist put in the time and get a degree. An engineer cannot be an engineer without an engineering degree.
My boss told me that as a writer – let alone a journalist – proper grammar reflects on professionalism and incorrect information (i.e., headlines) reflect poorly on credibility. HipHop is going to be attacked on that front simply because of his persona, but these other things are more damning because he is to blame. He’s a smart dude, so I know he’s capable of punctuation and grammar. So the question for me is “Why doesn’t he?” I know his persona is street, but street doesn’t mean you are not articulate. Hip Hop doesn’t mean you can’t use proper English. Am I right? I hope so. I like the flavor both you guys bring, but I’m a grown ass man. I read the webs and the paper everyday and there are standards that are expected to be met. Hip Hop has to take that seriously!! He has to put that before his persona, and that also means no tabloid headlines. He owes it to his fans. I have to commend you for biggin’ up your little brother all this time. You have every right to safeguard the professionalism of your site, but I hope you continue collaborating between yourselves. I don’t know whoever it he’s talking to. Here’s the skinny. I started changing titles and he didn’t like it. I told him why and that I will not stop changing them if I deem them unnecessary. That’s my perogative. Then to appease the fans and for the sake of professionalism, I told him to put his stuff in pending so I can make any title changes and edits BEFORE it’s published. He said he was cool with that. He’d put an article in pending then get too impatient and publish it without my approval. When I called him out on that IN THE COMMENTS SECTION, he said he was sorry. Then he did it again because he said I took too long to approve it. What was the rush!? One time he posted a perfect story, another had too long of a description and it fucked up the front page and also had spelling errors. I sent him an email and skype message telling him what to fix. I even shortened the description for him but he never changed the spelling error. Since he wouldn’t do it, I did it myself and posted it. After that he decided not to post anymore. Everyone has to follow the same rules. This isn’t a magazine and we have the luxury of changing things post publish. I don’t know why HHG was in such a rush to get his stories published, but because of his urgency to get them published and my need for standards, it’s not working out so he chose to leave. I tell all my editors to proof read their shit. All of them. I don’t have a copy editor and don’t like being one. I don’t have time to walk behind everyone with a pooper scooper cleaning up their mess. Taking a few minutes to proof read your shit is no big deal and no one should fuss about it. Which means I would have to go in and rent it (if available), THEN see if HHG is available since I know he is out doing his thing. No, renting is out of the question because there is just too many things that have to coincide with each other.

Yeah this game is from the original Bioshock studio. They’ve been working on it since Bioshock 1 ended and have basically been working on their new engine since Bioshock 1 came out(Modified version of Unreal 3). Not a single asset is reused from Bioshock 1 in Infinite though which is awesome. This team also made System Shock

I don’t talk shit much when I’m playing online with people I don’t know. (Admittedly this is mostly because a lot of the people online sound like they might be kids.) Usually if I talk it’s about something in the game. But a lot of people have NO TROUBLE whatsoever talking shit online. Sure Videogames are not the only type of Media there but its a good chunk of the show. So yes, I’ve been to Videogame events. As for being a Bartender, I do what i do, to do what i do. Making drinks allows me to provide for my wife, finish school, play videogames, eat healthy, go on constant mini/full vacations, and live. Everyone, including both of you, do what you do in order to do what you do. Im not like most gamers, I’ve been gaming since my Atari. Ive had almost every system and play many different games. I keep myself well educated in Games, Developers and publishers and even Gamesites. I love videogames and the culture that surrounds it. This is one of the reason why i love this site. You’re excited about the games you interview and you want to show us how excited you are about them. I get it. You show the developers respect because they work hard on their games and it always good support them. I get it. They support you with interviews so you can at least show them love. Sorry to hear about your grandmother. I wish the best to you and your grandma. I was in the same situation with my grandpa. Unfortunately he didn’t make it and now my grandma is alone suffering from Alzheimer’s. Life can be pretty unfair.
i dont understand what is the big deal with HHG not posting on here anymore its not a big deal. The reposting of a article that leads torr to change the titles on his articles arent going to effect nether websites traffic since to be honest both sites are different in there direction. Besides creating drama i see no reason to even speculate about it nor discuss it. We should concentrate on more content from each website and how to maximize that, i mean HHGs forums is shot..i have no idea whats up with them down maybe. And torr seems to have a drive to do flim moreso then gaming latley. Those are really things that should be taken into consideration since that alone affects the overall output and effort of the sites growth. HHG and Torr will always be affiliated so i really dont understand why where even talking about this when its not that serious lol
