PSN Is Above And Beyond Xbox Lives Community

psn network

Xbox Live vs PSN has always been an interesting argument but Sony always lose this debate because of missing features. Although Sony is making a strong comeback to match Xbox Live there’s some things that PSN have the Xbox Live is missing as well and that’s the growth of the community.

Playstation 3 allows for a much bigger community for online gaming which can change the fun, and overall different experience you can have online because of the diversity of people you encounter. Xbox Live does a good job but Sony has done a great job, find out more below.

THIS VIDEO ARTICLE WILL OPEN EYES ON WHO’S REALLY AHEAD OF THE GAME WITH ONLINE SERVICES

RETROGAMER Museum being built by………. the French?

WTF!? This is why I love French Freedom Fries.  Would you not expect something like this to be built in the U.S. of A. first?  I mean the whole idea of video games was created by the U.S.  I would not have been surprised if a country like Japan created a museum, because of their huge contributions to the genre; but France, COME ON!  But it seems they outflanked and scooped us on this idea. Come back to Final Fantasy Online for $20 get extras

I know that this game has been out for years now and most of you have either moved on to other MMORPGs. The main reason for me jumping back down the costly path of paying a premium price just to play a game online is the Final Fantasy Universe. If you’ve ever played Final Fantasy, you know what I’m talking about. The visuals actually stand up quite well even in today’s HD market.

Review: NBA 2K10

Ten years ago, I had my first experience with NBA 2K on the Dreamcast. I never expected a basketball experience to be so immersive and fun. Sure, I had played most of the games before, with Tecmo Super NBA being my favorite and NBA Live being my least favorite. After 2K, I never really looked back, even though I did give NBA Live a shot every year (including this year). With NBA 2K10 being the 10 year anniversary of the series, you’d expect many great things. While this is true, it’s also true that an unacceptable issue has occurred. Read the rest of this entry »

Review: Borderlands

img_111051_borderlands_450x360

Borderlands and Fallout 3 are very similar. I cant help but to make a few comparisons and point out a few similarities between the two. They both feature life in a post-apocalyptic world, have roving and raging gangs of raiders, collectible bobble heads(of sorts), and Skags, creatures that can make life difficult. All similarities aside, Gearbox certainly delivers a unique experience with this game. Read the rest of this entry »

MuddÄ’ Waters – Issues That Cloud Your Gaming Judgment And Piss You The Shazbot Off!

MuddÄ’ Waters

By Shazjabotlex

Issues that cloud your gaming judgment and piss you the shazbot off!

It’s pronounced muddy waters or muddee waters; but however you say it, you guys get the meaning.  This is going to be a column, or section or whatever you want to call it, that is going to be basically the gaming complaint department.  It is going to be an outlet in which we all can express our gaming woes, so we won’t have to take out our anger on our little brother by beating him up.  There will be a rating system that will be measured in a mudball scale of 1 -10.  It will work like real mudballs in real life.  The more mudballs slang by us, the cloudier and shittier the rating; less mudballs means that issue is much cleaner and more liked and that is a better rating.  You would rather eat at a first class restaurant than a third class restaurant.  Same goes here.  You would rather have 1 mudball thrown at you than several all over your body.  This will be home base for all the complainers out there. That pretty much sums up all of us gamers; because all gamers have at least one complaint about video games, the hardware that run them, or about the culture that surrounds the genre.  This is why game companies continue to sell upgraded hardware and create more complex games.  They took in our complaints about graphics and gameplay and worked on fixing them.
