i've never listened to a show live before since they start late and usually go for three and a half to four hours. but i might try to listen tonight! i downloaded Teamspeak and i think i have it figured out and working properly, so we'll see.

What is Extra Life
Extra Life is a 24-hour charity gaming marathon that aims to raise money to fight pediatric cancer. Extra Life is working in partnership with Texas Children’s Hospital and all funds are earmarked for the Texas Children’s Cancer Center.
It’s really easy to help out. All you have to do is sign up at the Texas Children’s Hospital donation site for Extra Life. The site makes it easy to send out requests for donations to people you know. Those people donate and you get credit for obtaining the donation. On October 17th at 8am (in your local timezone) you just play games for 24 hours. It’s that simple.

As far as the chat when you join dont type in a username or password. Youll join the chat a a number like 98050. Then all you have to do is click change nickname
Then look in the chat box. It should read " n/ "
Then all you have to do is type your name right next to it like n/ UsCoMmAnDeR
Then click enter and it should change your name
No offense, but there is not a chance in hell, that this show is getting 28,000 downloads. IGN doesn’t even get that many downloads. Just stop bullshitting or show some proof.

go and listen to some warzones before you judge. this is a great podcast that is about games and telling the truth with its funny times mixed in there averaging around 2.5 hours -4 hours its great i would say it tops ign’s anyday.
apart from all of ign’s podcasts put anyone to sleep in the first 10 mins lol.
and fyi no one in my area in arizona even goes to ign lol you wonder why there podcast doesnt get as much hits?
i know dlb and gamesonsmash got over 20K downloads also on there podcasts. in the 100th dlb podcast he stated he had over 50k downloads. and this is a minority of all the podcasts out there lol.

is this show tonight going to be more than two hours? i really enjoyed listening live last week since it didn’t go on forever, but if it’s going to be three hours like you mentioned then i don’t know if i’ll listen live. i don’t mind long podcasts if i DL them and listen when i want, but i can’t be staying up that late. i don’t want to be waking up at noon lol.

So it seems HHG is saying the approach to this mode should have equaled the same level of ingenuity as the overall FPS style of the game. It’s a good observation, but we have to take into account what exactly is COD about? FPS action right. In that case they dropped the ball for even allowing the argument to be made. Can it be fixed by a patch? Well it depends on how popular, or unpopular the TPS mode becomes. We’ll see…
