As I did my rounds on the US, Japan and UK Playstation Stores today, I came across the “FREE†Wipeout HD Dynamic Theme. Can you believe that both the Japanese/UK PSN Stores offer their demographic a nice taste of what a dynamic theme looks like with out it’s PSN community needing to come out of pocket.
I’m guessing it’s because the US gamers are the ones that spend more “monies†on games than any other country in the world, but we have yet to get any free dynamic theme love.  
My guess is that it’s because we get just about everything else before other parts of the world do. I can live with that. Well, Ummm? Maybe not, since I have both of the themes and I live right here in the US. ;D
Where have you been? Its been out early this month (september) and we're almost in October this is really old news. Its was over the internet when it was out
