Hey anyone who has played the demo yet can they comment on the audio? Sounds like i was listening to wipeout… I hated the audio in forza 2 i really hope 3 isn't gonna pick up where that game left off. Other than that game looks like it did at E3. The engine sounded good, breaking sounded great, visually the landscape looks on point and the cockpit addition was SOOOOO needed. Forza 3 looks as avertised so far, which is AAA.
Nevermind after further review it must be a custom soundtrack of the person who was playing the game. That is always better then in game music. I like how in the cockpit it depends on the country the car was manufactured in, the half mirror and driving on the left/right side is nice detail.

Been playing this all day since I am on leave with the Air Force. All the cars have been fun to drive and love the replay view options. It is very customizable for the camera views. Trying to get up on the leadership board for the hot laps. in the 1% for the Porsche and 14% with the R8.

The demo is nice. I think I may buy it. However, am I the only one who thinks that the camera placement in the cockpit view is in to far. The cockpit view in NFS shift at gt5 prologue seem to be pushed back all the way. Minor complaint but otherwise its a fun game.
I like it because I can see more of the road. On Shift at times when in cockpit view I either go to camera outside the car or move the right stick over to see the turn I am going into. Doesn't affect my enjoyment of the game though. Shift has been in constant rotation.
When you play the demo, turn it up. Sounds like a real car…well it is.
