Of course you can still use remote play. That’s a feature of the firmware only possible with the DS3 controller.

I was at my friend’s store..no names..! I un-boxed one today but I wasn’t allowed to video record it. I hooked one up and to be honest the system feels mad cheap. I’ll stick with the best ever version, My 60Gb model. LMAO

I just got the slim today too. I had a 60 gig before but i had to get it for the size and looks. It’s very nice. The eject and power button lighting up white is awesome.
One step closer to seeing Weapon lol.

The fat PS3 is the best looking console ever, imo, you just need to handle it with gloves on.

When i picked it up on tuesday I felt the same way i did when I got my PS2.Good unboxing man i was getting tired of people doing there videos and saying “Looks like you can’t swap the hard drive out like the old models” freaking morons its in the front now.Good show X keep them coming.
I have asked my manager buddies at the Gamestop and BestBuy and both told me that the Slim is not being picked up by many people that had one already,also the manager at Gamestop said that not one person came in for a trade up or trade in towards one. The vibe I got from them was that this was not something that would increase sales much. But, just a different model with less functions(IE: no more install another OS option)and just smaller but still has the huge footprint when laid flat. To be honest this is really just the standard practice that SONY has always done and it only spikes sales slightly each time they go slim. If you don’t already have one then why not but unless you really need an extra BR player then get it.
