    it got cut off for me at the flea market, anyone else have that problem?

    This is awesome. I love the idea of Davis Weekly. Good job Torrence. I think the way your doing the warzone and the Davis Weekly is nothing but good. A lot of people need to understand that running a site and coming up with new ideas is a lot of work and time consuming. I also don’t understand why people out there think your an Xbox fan boy Torrence. Every week I see articles related to PS3 and Xbox 360 on this site. Some people just need to grow up and appreciate what The Bitbag site has to offer. Anyway, keep it up Torrence, oh I also wanted to ask you a trivia questions.

    Who was the main designer of the original game Pitfall?

    Also what year did the orginal Breakout arcade game come out?

    I know what you mean! I really was disappointed at some of my favorite arcade games console releases. Even the 16-bit generation couldn’t produce arcade perfect ports. MAME is awesome, but I have to say that my favorite is Nebula. :D

    I really don’t see how anyone feels like theBitBag is full of Xbots. I’ve never felt that way at all. When I heard you mention that Tor I was like->@_@. You definitely can’t please everybody.

    I would have loved to play you in SPF2THD. I need to challenge HHG in SFIV. I always forget. lol

    I noticed that Bayonetta is selling for $50 from Play-Asia.

  • Liquid_Carbon says:

    Also, are you still doing Gamer Cribs? I was thinking about creating mine.

Who ever messaged you and said he’ll not come to this site because there are a lot of fanboisim them he can stop complaining because like you said, he will find this all around gaming sites and I don’t get why people are saying Thebitbag is all about Xbox…stoopid mf’s lol

    I like how you showed us what you’re gonan buy to Philly, oh btw CONGRATZ PHILLY that prize is prob the best giveaway that Tor gives to date so enjoy that beast Phill! Keep it up, Tor I love your shit!!

  • mboojigga says:

    What happened to Weapon X coming with that info about Splinter delayed to 2010? He said by the next night of the Warzone he would have that info posted.

  • Ok I guess Splinter Cell is still slated for October…good stuff.

    What’s on my screen last week was Dragon Force. I always forget to say what the game was LOL.

    As far as Pitfall goes, without using Wiki, It was an Activision game but I can’t remember who created it. God damn dude is a legend. I’ll have to look it up.

    Breakout I’m gonna say 1977. It was the second 2600 game.

    These will not be on itunes. This took 6hrs to render. I’m not gonna do another 6 hours for itunes. I might try and do an MPEG export next week so both iTunes and Web users can watch it.

    I’m glad you guys like it cuz this episode was LONG and some of the TGN were turned off by it.

    • INTERRERGATOR says:

      hey i like it how its all in one show and its looking great keep it up ill keep my support to u all the way good info on the site and always be a gamer not a hater :)

    • Semper Fi141 says:

      Its cool Torrence. For the Pitfall game, David Crane was the original designer but you where right about it being Activision. As for Breakout. You where close but it was actually 1976. Its one of my favorite arcade games to date. I can’t wait for the next Warzone and Davis Weekly. Take care Torrence. Peace. : )

    i didn’t mind that the DW was as long as it was, i just think maybe you could split it into three different uploads or something and have three videos so that if we want to skip a certain part we can without having to wait for it to buffer for half an hour. and i don’t even have slow internet, mine is very fast, but i just left the page open and went and did other stuff and came back and watched when it was buffered enough that i could fast forward lol. for example, i didn’t watch the Test Drive Unlimited and beat making parts, and i only watched half of the What’s on My Screen and Puzzle Fighter parts. it would’ve been nice if the videos were broken up so that i could watch JUST what i wanted to with less wait. i also think that might intimidate some new people less who might see a long ass video and skip it because they don’t have the time.

    by the way, i REALLY want to know what the What’s On My Screen game is for this week lol. man, i don’t even care about winning a prize, i just want to know because it looks interesting! even though i didn’t watch it all lol.

    and when i saw that section in the flea market inside the garage where there were all those old games and those used systems, i damn near busted a nut. wtf. i wish i was there. i would’ve left broke as hell with a bag full of games lol.

    overall, i have to say that i like the new Davis Weekly format. it gives us something to look forward to in addition to the Warzone. like i said, though, i just wish the video could be posted in multiple parts or something. but regardless, i’ll still be watching.

  • Instrumedley says:

    Sup tor. What kind of mic are you using in your video? It looks like a Samson CO1U USB Condenser Mic. Also, what DAW were you working with. Do you use that DAW for editing your warzones?

  • otherZinc says:

    boob radio lol anyway thnx tor this is phillyfred dreamcast gonna bring back memorys i was planing on geting shenmue 2 for xbox but i pbly just get it for dreamcast

  • otherZinc says:

    @Torrence,

    See, at the beginning of Weekly, you talked about a poster that complained about fanboyism. Ive listened to all the Warzone podcasts except WZ#6 (I think it was cut off & you lost it) & about 80% I listened to more than once. There was a battle on all of the Warzones, I thought it was the premise of the show, people wanted a battle to prove a point or prediction.

    Well, you tripped on me for calling the people out & wanting you to discuss peoples prediction of the Year’s of the PS3, especially 2009 & the heavy criticism the 360 received for not telling the world what their exclusive releases were going to be. Those people that called me & others names for saying SONY always hype a big launch & never ever delivers on it. I got slammed on all forums, now its time to collect & the Warzone wants to change into the Schoolzone. However, I’m glad you called the MTV guy out for slamming the 360 2009 fall line-up.

    People think Im a fanboy, but those that know me, know I’m not, I just call it like it is. However, I am more partial to the 360 due to its FPS stardom, its my favorite genre to play. I’ll play everything but the friggin Wii!

    Bottom line, if someone makes a loud prediction, pointem out, pointem out, pointem out! Its the Warzone!

  • commander says:

    Man that was a great vid. I think its awesome that you went on a hunt to find a prize for philly. By the way congrats on the victory. Moving on Test Drive looked like a neat game and im gonna go a rent it. Also the beat making was a nice touch you added their. I used to be huge in messing around with fruity loops for fun but lost interest. And this may be sad for some ppl to here but after watching the puzzle fighter gameplay I went out and bought it. Im a huge tetris fan and I have been waiting for this. So all in all if the davis weekly is easier for you then by all means do that. We need an energetic tor on the warzone so stick to the easiest schedule. Another thing you guys should o since everyone makes predictions is to write them down somewhere on the site so we can see who really is the king of the rumors/predictions. I think it would be kinda neat.

  • otherZinc says:

    @commander,

    If you like racing games buy Test Drive, it isn’t a rent, this is one of those games you can play for 70 hours as I did.

    Great idea (keeping track of rumors/predictions), that’s what I was talking about, you know, to see who the real analyst really is:
    I’ll start it up: Weapon X is wrong, Splinter Cell:Conviction is releasing October 21, 2009, NOT 2010! Strike 1, for Weapon X.

  • commander says:

    @OtherZinc

    Yea Im a huge racing fan. If you really did squeeze 70hrs out of it imma def go an grab it.

    Thanks

  • OOG says:

    weooo good show tor…..

  • lazyboy says:

    Cheap Intro.

  • Lifendz says:

    Maybe if you see someone is taking forever to make a point or is going in circles perhaps you can interject and sum up what that person’s argument is. I think that would take about an hour off the shows right there.
