    I definitely like the new intro. The bloopers at the end were nice. The phone loves to ring when someone is recording a video. It’s happened to the best of us.

    Overall I found the show to be pretty good.

    yea me too nice intro Chad funny ass bloopers too! i was ROTFL when you gave the camera that “FUUCK” look 1nce the phone ranged LMAO good work. I’m not much the RPG fan like i used to be… but i do like Demon’s Souls so much that i imported it (back in May) only to be greeted by Atlus and “that special NA version with it’s own server and 150 pg Strat. Guide” coming this FUUCKIN FALL… btw i’m currently selling Demon’s Souls for about 45 bucks… if anyone is interested holla. Great show Chad!

    I loved the intro and the Sacred 2 review, that was really nice. You remind me of Yahtzee lol good work!

    @Torrence,

    This is off topic, however, tonight on the Warzone ask the questions: What happened to the year of the PS3 with all those great exclusive’s due Q4 09 & now their being pushed back leaving only Uncharted 2 & Ratchet. Questiong 2: What about the premature killing of M$ for not announcing games releasing in Q4 09; when MTV & other sites were saying M$ is dying or getting out of the game? Discuss that over the Warzone, if you can.

    Awesome show Chad. You did a nice job with the intro. Since you are th proclaimed rpg guru on this site I need some help. Im really into ps1 rpgs. I love their style and I need you to give me a top 5 ps1 rpgs I need to play. Ive played chrono cross and loved it. Try not to name more than 1 ff game since I think their overrated.

    • Chad Betteridge says:

      Yeah no problem, I definitely agree with what Torrence said about the Lunar games, so try out those two, and here’s a list of the top 5 besides those two imo (excluding Chrono Cross since you already mentioned it, which definitely deserves a spot in the top 5)

      1. Final Fantasy IX (my favorite game on the PS1 in general, not just RPG wise)
      2. Tales of Destiny II (verrry underrated, I never hear this one mentioned and it is awesome)
      3. Legend of Dragoon (once referred to as the “Final Fantasy killer” :O)
      4. Legend of Mana (the Mana series is good all around, but Legend of Mana had very original gameplay, it’s hard to explain but you could choose to place certain areas around the worldmap which opened up different scenes, dungeons, etc.)
      5. Breath of Fire IV

      Now there’s also the remakes of the SNES FF games, but you asked for only one FF game so I left them out :P

  • #1 Lunar Silverstar
    #2 Lunar Eternal Blue

    PERIOD!

    @Chad,

    Good show, I don’t even like RPG’s & the show was still good. Next time, look like you want to give us the news or did you polish of to many of those Heinikins?

    • Chad Betteridge says:

      LOL!

      Damn man you must have good eyes to be able to spot that. That’s actually a Heineken I drank last summer in Rome. It has Italian on it and it was my first beer outside of Canada so I decided to keep it as a souvenir.

  • Drakol says:

    Good review on Sacred 2. I have the PS3 version, but it’s still the same on either platform.

  • kepp123 says:

    I like the show a lot. Great job Chad!!

    @ Chad

    Were can i play does Lunar games Torrence mentioned.

    • Chad Betteridge says:

      If you’re looking to purchase them then I’d try ebay or amazon (unless you’re lucky and your local game store has them laying around), otherwise you can try emulation. Also, don’t forget, Lunar Silver Star Story is being remade on the PSP. The game looks great so far.

  • SkeletalCircus says:

    Hey, I would play Sacred 2 JUST so I could ride that epic spider mount.

    And you BETTER put some FF9 songs in there… haha, :P
