I’m glad this game will see a 2009 release.
Tor THQ in their E3 webcast stated the apocalypse actually begins January 1, 2010. Also Gamespot found out that THQ has “listed Darksiders 2 on its release calendar for its fiscal 2012 (which runs from April 1, 2011, to March 31, 2012).”
I think Jan 1st to me is a fucking awesome release date, yeah alot of people may not pick it up on the 1st but there’s always the day after… The date itself is great.
I hear ya man, I’m plugging the hell out of this title over at my site as well. Game looks fresh.

How great is that, Mark Hamill is the voice of The Watcher. The Watcher directs War (the horseman you control) on his journey for vengeance and to clear his name. I have a suspicion that one of the other horseman is a traitor. War says the horseman were betrayed but i suspect it was a setup.
