That’s it! It’s done. Nintendo has won this generation! When the casuals catch wind of this it’s over. These two new games, Wii Qube and Wii Relax offer different ways to play games. One exercises your arms, the other your brain. VGchartz has unveiled these new Nintendo Wii products that will set the world on fire. There are already 50 million Wii’s on the market and this will just boost sales to 100 million in no time. Here’s some info from VGChartz:
The first product, Wii Qube revolutionizing reinvents the classic Tetris: thanks to an innovative concept from the control, you can manipulate in 3D blocks of the classic Tetris. In a way, you can even enter the game in first person, interacting with the blocks by means of movements of the body. It is not coincidence that PubCompany wanted to choose a classic like Tetris to create, starting from his mechanics, something totally new but familiar.
Then comes Wii RelaxTM, which includes two products – Mind Relax and Relax Body – games that blend the control for the mental training to physical and mental relaxation, the movement of the body, providing a range of activities that contribute to physical and mental well being, thanks to ‘implementation of techniques such as yoga, Thai Chi, Qi-Gong, progressive relaxation, mental visualization, massage, meditation techniques and breathing.

Tons of people buying these products wont stop it from being the gayest peripherals out. I cant imagine myself getting into this. BTW Tor. What do you think about On Live? Here’s a link if you wanna sign up for the beta. http://www.onlive.com/beta_program.html
BTW, Im still waiting to hear you prove your point about the i7. Step up your game man.
@ DragonWarrior4, I got something to say about the OnLive on the Warzone, it’s interesting I’ll give them that, but would I buy it that I am not sure yet until I see what other things they have, lol
Torrence, I agree, Nintendo is kicking everyone’s ass this generation with all the casual shit they put out on the market.
amazing. my game room looks exactly like this; down to the tv being on the floor. “i’ve bought more peripherals than games for the wii.”
@ Stephen. Um thats what the beta is for buddy. Also, they are saying that you dont have to buy anything. It comes with the subscription. I seen a demo of Onlive and It looks like it has not only cross game voice chat, but cross game video chat. There are no avatars either. You can see your friends by the videos they put up of themselves instead. Fucking epic.
I can totally see it now. Microsoft and Sony leave the console industry because of the billions they already lost. But that doesn’t mean that they are out for the count. I can see them both putting up their IP’s like God of War and uncharted, Halo and the like. The fact I can play Crysis on this means that the future of a one console future is not only impossible, but inevitable.
I think it will be great because you can hook up a keyboard and mouse and play games like Empire total war, Crysis, and games like COD MW2 without ever worrying about buying new hardware ever again. Ever! This new service is fucking Epic.
I guess this means the Wii is an excercise machine.
Is it me or is Nintendo trying to revitalize the peripheral market (GH, and RB peripherals don’t count because their tied down to a sing game, or franchise), and another part of me thinks that what ever Nintendo pulls out of their….. will sell, hell, even my brother (who never played a game and works for AIG, hes a peon, not a exec) is pulled into the wii craze, too much of a good thing, is too much of a good thing, nintendo!
lol to all the people who think this is real.
its funny because i saw this same thing on vgchartz a couple of hours ago and its so obviously fake. its not like they announced this at gdc or some shit. lol you guys will believe anything. a preemptive april fools joke is what im going to throw out there. call me crazy
hahahahahaha
oh one last thing, i would totally fuck that stupid ass bitch in the video. i recommend watching this video because of that bitch.
i feel like i have to post again because i dont think you guys understand how retarded you are being.
did you guys read the part about mind control? the peripheral being able to sense brain waves? are you guys that fucking dense? what century do you think we are living in?
also, if you watch closely, you will notice that the box in the video isnt the same as the box in the picture. in the picture the remote sits diagonally, while in the video, it runs parallel to the sides.
ugh whatever, explaining anything to you guys is just a waste of time. i dont know why i do.
more than anything though, i want to stress how fuckable that bitch is.
where’d this kid come from? shit…
Wii don’t give a F—
*fudge… because fudge is tasty.
@angrypoolman, hey ,for what its worth, my comment was hinting how crappy the peripheral market is and how lower the standards will be if this is real(aka sarcasm), these two does remind me of bs from the 90’s like that Sf3 Motion sensors you attach to your wrist and ankles
the peripheral market is crappy, but i do like a few of nintendo’s peripherals. i like the zapper, i like the wheel, and the balance board. nintendo would never release something like this, this is just way way way below their standards.
They continue to turn to turn shit into gold. I bet if any of you went to Nintendo and was like “Gimme a job, yo.” They’d be like “Oh, sorry… We only hire magicians here. You must be confusing us with some silly game company.”
These are not Nintendo games…but from PubCompany a well known game publisher…just check the website: http://www.pubcompany.com…by the way there is video out showing how the technology works, just a tech demo, actually nothing to do with the Relax and Qube game…it looks very nice, and a game using that technology would be really brilliant. I’m really looking forward for this Relax

Anyone having more info about qube?….
I’ve read some stuff about these games elsewhere and… for you skeptics…. brain controlled PC games have been around for YEARS (if not decades). There is nothing new there. A Japanese publisher showed off something similar a while ago and, from what I’ve heard, it was a total flop. So the only residual doubt is that these Italians have the know-how to implement this technology on the Wii platform. Leonardo Da Vinci and Michelangelo were Italians so at least we can be sure that their peripherals are going to be aesthetically pleasing – but will they actually work?!?!?!
