The world of gaming is beginning to evolve. With the increased popularity of online gaming, there have been many predictions the one day online gaming will exceed offline console and pc gaming in terms of quality and popularity. No longer is online gaming confined to blackjack or poker. Most of the world's best games can be played online!

Wassup Tor? Yo,, I really like the message you portrayed in this video. I believe that we as gamers need to get rid of all the bias media types and the corporate gaming scene. you know, call them out on their bullshit when they fuck up, and also point out their bias and tell the truth. Independent editing and journalism is where the truth is when it comes to reviews and impressions on games. We don’t need these pc gaming zealots to tell us what console games that are good or bad,, cause till this day, most of those “professionals” will tell you that Braid is the best game ever made. Fuck them.

The only thing that is good about sites like gamespot is that they keep track and collect tons of data for games that are coming and keep them in a library so you can always go back and get infinite amounts of info that you can’t find anywhere else. Thats great, but most of the editors you see from people like Aaron Thomas, Greg Miller, do nothing but give gaming editing bad rep. Its almost shameful to hear anything that comes out of their mouths.

you have me even more hyped for fear2 and killzone 2 now. nice going:p i’ll keep an eye on dark void, i’m tired of hearing you bitch about how good it is, so if it sucks you’ll be hearing from me.

your future plan for the bitbag seems like a good ideal, but you need some steps put in place to get it going. getting the devs on the warzone is a good start.

i have a pretty high end pc, and i notice this site doesn’t have much pc gaming coverage, i could maybe help in this regard, if you want that is.

  • sdniheel says:

Most reviewers are actually more like gaming critics, so you have to take what they say with a grain of salt. Some other sites and people are trying to shake up things by reviewing games differently, focusing more on fun and gaming value instead of one game versus another.
Gamers on the other hand need to kno one thing, when you buy a game, you vote with your money. You show to the game makes what you are interested in. If all you buy every year is “madden and need for speed 200x), what you are saying to the game creators is “I like those cheap sequels and dont care about interesting new games”.
If you can use what your gaming budget allows you to spend wisely, you will get a great gaming experience and will help promote games that are superior and fit what you like.
And if you didnt know already, buying a used game means you get to play that game without sending any cash to the game creators. So in a way, you cancelled your vote. ha is why there are games that I would never trade-in, and some I would never buy used…

One more little thing, this console war thing is completely non existent. All 3 big companies are in competition for are money and its up to us to use it in a way that will make sure that in the years to come we wont be flooded with
-generic sequels that bring nothing new
    -party games
-game that are devoid of replay value
-games that feature racist or other offensive bullcrap
-stuff you play for when it should be free in the first place

    Peace !

Very exciting Daily, Torrence! But do you really think that gamers will boykott Killzone on release to get the cover system in MP? I really think gamers have little power. Because: the industry has power, they – have our drug. I don’t want to say, we ‘re like junkies, but our relationship to the industry is very similar to the relationship between a drug dealer an a junkie. I remember the Orange Box for PS 3. That was a piece of shit! I bought it. Some german game magazine told me: “there are frame rate issues, but they are not that bad!” I believed them, I bought that crap. It was shit! What was I supposed to do? Bring it back to the shop? Impossible! Send it back to piece of shit Gabe Newell? He wasn’t even responsible for that crappy port, EA was. I wanted to never buy an EA game again, but I couldn’t resist from buying Dead Space. I will never regret! But you see what I mean? There are allways enough people who buy the games, even if they are crap! Can you bring back a game to the shop in U.S.? In Germany we cannot bring back games once they’re opened. How long did it take for IW to release a patch for the PS 3 version of CoD 4? Where was the gamer’s power? The MP wasn’t playable for months! And now one year later: the lobby and the match making haven’t been improved for CoD W@W. Still host megration doesn’t work properly. This is not because of the PSN! Warhawk works, Resistance works, Rainbow Suxxx works, Motorstorm works, only the best FPSs do not work properly! Where is that power you’re talking about. What can we do to get that power?

I worked until 9:30 pst on Friday and there was no way out of it, so I wouldn’t have made it no matter what.

  • damph says:

get sound forge and then normalize the audio speed. you can speed up the parts where its slowed down. it my not be perfect but it well do its job so its not a complete waste

  • Since it was all done on one track, it would probably take me a week to fix it. It’s not worth it.

  • rippingchild says:

yo man i just have one question man do you think taht we might see an end to the ps3 or an xbox exclusive or even one of the best games ever created with these economic crisis

  • Static says:

Ahhh, that was actually pretty inspiring, Torrence.

Makes me wanna send those jerks angry letters or something…Or even mail them a box of starving cockroaches???

  • damph says:

your making a mole hill in to a mountain. sound forge is easy and amazing you can have it dont and sounding good while half assing it.

dont cop out torr DONT COP OUT

  • VaddixBell says:

That was very good Torrence! I especially liked your part of the fanboys fighting when they should be (rightly) working to get better games from developers!

I’ve really enjoyed the BitBag, mostly due to the Warzone… It’s great the way you keep HipHop in line.

    Peace!

  • gameraxis says:

    Yo… I’m speechless

this kind of negative energy with the console wars sucks everyone in… its to the point where if u, torrence, hiphop or ANYONE stresses an OPINION on one thing or another, its IMMEDIATELY interpreted as part of the fanboy war… just because that’s what we know, what we’ve seen, and what we first think of… its sad really

I’m all for the RECONSTRUCTION of the fucking gamming community, GAMES ARE THE SHIT, second only to getting ur dick wet, lol

I’m totally in agreement that we as gamers need to concentrate on what first got us into gamming, before we even knew terms like console wars, fanboyism or any of that shit.

Thank u bit bag, and i challenge all gamers into making an effort to support GAMES and not COMPANIES

lets all go back to our roots, and chill, have good times online and become one whole undivided community, I truly believe it starts here with the bitbag and crew (GOS etc)

game on mother fuckers game on lol
