If you’ve been following my tweets, you’ll know that I think Dark Void is one of the best offerings of this generation. It basically takes many gameplay concepts and allows you to use all of them anytime that you want. There’s everything from 3rd person shooting to Iron Man like air combat. You can jump, climb, free fly, control vehicles and engage in melee combat. All of my interest in this game is based solely on gameplay. The graphics are outstanding, but it’s not what draws you into the game. These videos don’t even do the game justice. I’ve put this game on the top of my purchase list for 2009.

it doesn’t do much for me atm, i just see it as an ironman knockoff with some vertical killswitch 3rd person shooting gameplay.
Will it give Grizz his Tribes 2 hard-on?
this game really looks like its going to flop. there is no real selling point you can be iron man and do etc etc etc. to many knock offs

I think it looks like gears of war, iron man, and gta all in one. Looks pretty good actually. It will be a purchase for me if it has online, but I doubt that it does.
You guys are crazy I was there i seen it first hand and its the shit. Yes it combines other game styles to make something new. there is no game today that you can say did something that hasn’t been done already so kill that noise. The game is hot and it looks good as well.
