Gears of War for PC gets a fix

For those people that have the PC version of Gears of War will be happy to know that Epic has addressed the issue with it’s unplayable title, and has welcomed gamers to an error on their monitors upon starting the game, and it urges them to re-install the game all over again. It’s been two years since the release, and now that they are fresh off the sequel for XBOX 360, they will be making a patch for those who purchased Gears of War for their PC – we gamers forgive you Epic, now, how about that sequel? Here’s what a spokesperson had to said on the game’s forum: Read the rest of this entry »

Is Home A Waste of Time?

5 Ways To Improve Playstation Home

The release of the home beta has come and past, many have liked it, and many have hated it. For me, I am generally displeased with Sony’s product. SCE London and SCE Cambridge studios have been unofficially working on home since early 2005, mind you in 2005 it was called hub, and it centered around The Getaway: Black Monday. With out regard to the ps2’s small online user base, hub was never finished before the ps3’s arrival. Former SCE worldwide studios President Phil Harrison, liked the idea of a 3D virtual community and transferred the project on ps3, this time under the name of home. Before the beta was available we were shown many things, 3rd party spaces, a bowling alley, a movie theater and many others. Most of the features shown have come to fruition, or at least are promised to appear in the near future, but myself I still feel a void in what Home could become . Here’s my list of the 5 ways to improve PlayStation Home. Read the rest of this entry »

X-Blades For 360 Gets More Box Art Content

I stole this post from Kotaku so they would stop baiting people for more traffic. The cover art for X-Blades on the PS3 and 360 is different because on the 360 version the girl is wearing a thong instead of a french cut bikini bottom like on the PS3 cover. I’ll do you one better and find out why they are different. Catch me on Monday.

Legend of Princess, the artistic Zelda inspired indy action-based game from developers Konjak, was fully released out to the public for free and will give you a quick fix while you wait for the next Legend of Zelda title from Nintendo.
