I do not recommend playing 3S on a HD TV or on the PS3. The upscaling creates lag which is fatal for fighting games in general. But yeah, 3S has to be the best fighting game ever created. It has great artwork, control, and depth. Also, there is no difference. It plays the same as the original PS2 port. It is still not a perfect port from the arcade version, which is disappointing. At least you could play it on MAME.

Also, here name is really Makoto. There are only a few name changes in Street Fighter games between Japan and the US.

    Gouki (JP) = Akuma (US)
    Balrog (JP) = Vega (US)
    M. Bison (JP) = Balrog (US)
Vega (JP) = M. Bison (US)

Anyways. Good review. Have fun with 3S. :-)
