With the cheapest 360 at $199, I was thinking it would probably break the 400K barrier but didn’t.

The PS3 sold over 400K when MGS4 dropped in June and was selling at $399 and $499. Why can’t the 360 sell 400K when it already has Gears, Halo 3, Mass Effect, Bioshock and plenty of other games to choose from AND being $199?

The PS3 took the first half of the year in the United States, and it looks like the 360 will take the second half of the year in the U.S.

    AlclayPS3, are you serious?

Considering the 360’s sales last month, I think they did pretty good. 360 sales increased approx 75% over last month. If you can’t see that as being good, then you are just being a whiny fanboy.

I thought that the PS3 would sell between 500-700K when MSG4 dropped. But I still don’t see 400K as a disappointment because it wasn’t where I thought it should be.

Either way, you’re just being a hater.
