I think they are getting a feel from the gaming community. Some of the options were one time fees for the same options they gave thru optional annual pricing options from the Survey. Fortunatly I have a Crappy "iphone" and was able to take those 2 screen shots. I dont exactly know how to upload them but give me an address and I'll shoot em over! Oh and the other stuff in the survey was about what to have more on the PSN, example: more PS1 games, PSP games, Updates, other, Themes, and possability for theme fees??? You are right, potentially they may not charge for it. But with the amount of people they are planning to host in a single game, the hardware and infrastructure would need to be state of the art.
