Farve traded to the Jets. Will still be a Packer on ‘Madden’ Cover

When the latest edition of the football video game franchise is released Tuesday, it will still feature the quarterback in his Green Bay Packers uniform — despite the fact Favre was traded to the New York Jets.
But publisher Electronic Arts said it was releasing a downloadable update to make Favre a Jet in the game, as well as new cover art for anyone who wants it. Fox News

i think thats kinda messed up how they did him, he has done too much for that franchise for them to do him like that. I can understand they got money invested in that other guy but this is football let them battle it out in practice and let the best man win. the business part of football is getting on my nerves sometimes you wonder who is really there to play the game. Its not like he is washed up he took them to the playoffs for the last few years if im not mistaken to lose to the team that ended up being the superbowl champs. I think greenbay might be kicking themselves in the ass with this trade but we will see, i don’t see nothing wrong with letting him play another year.
Damn is it really controversy with every one that is on the madden cover?
Wii will get online update. Also, EA is making printable updated covers.
