In an effort to better compete with Apple’s iPod, Microsoft is now offering laser etching on the back of its new line of Zune music players. Not just content with one line of text, Microsoft is touting full blown art on the back of your Zune, with art featured from various contemporary artists.

It appears that Sony has released a new firmware update to address and enhance various issues with prior firmware updates. This update addresses some much needed stability problems and Playstation 2 emulation software improvements, among others.
