The world of gaming is beginning to evolve. With the increased popularity of online gaming, there have been many predictions the one day online gaming will exceed offline console and pc gaming in terms of quality and popularity. No longer is online gaming confined to blackjack or poker. Most of the world's best games can be played online!

I know this is just an ideal fantasy world, but I disagree with the approach of just squeezing the best out of each company into one console. For example, integrating Nintendo’s Wii motion sensing capabilities just doesn’t seem feasible, unless it was integrated as a separate peripheral, such as the Wiimote. Using something like an Xbox controller as a motion sensing device is awkward and inaccurate for precise gaming ::coughsixaxiscough:: What I’d like to see is Nintendo’s integration with hand held devices!

Also, with those specs, could imagine how big that monster would be!? Egads!

I think a Nintendo+Sony reunion would be more likely than Microsoft partnering up with anybody. But, given their shady past with each other, it doesn’t surprise me that it hasn’t happened.
